Honey Curry Dressing

Ingredients
1/2 Onion (Yellow) med 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Curry powder 1 tsp Dijon Mustard 0.5 tsp Tumeric 0.5 tsp Celery seed 0.5 tsp Salt 1/3 cup Cider Vinegar 1/2 cup Honey 1 cup Safflower Oil
Directions
In blender combine onion spices and salt, blend well. Add vinegar and honey turn blender on and in a steady stream add oil while blender is running.

Serving Size: Makes 2 cups - serving size = 1 Tbsp
