Sugar Free Gluten Free Delicious Granola

Ingredients
Oats, 6 cup Salt, 1 tsp. Dates, 1-1/2 cups, pitted, chopped Walnuts, 1/2 cup, chopped Raisins, 1 cup, packed Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 8 tbsp Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1/2 cup, hulled Ancient Harvest Quinoa Flakes 1/2 cup Almonds, 1/2 cup, roughly chopped Let's Do Organic Reduced Fat Coconut, 1 cup Apple juice concentrate, unsweetened, 1/4 cup Water, 3/4 cup GrapeOla Grape Seed Oil, 4 tbsp NuNaturals More Fiber Stevia Baking Blend, 1/3 cup
Directions
In small saucepan combine dates and water. Cook until thick paste. Set aside.
In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients (not raisins). Spread on two cookie sheets and bake for 8 minutes at 350 degrees. Return to bowl.
Add raisins to dry mixture. Add juice concentrate and oil to date mixture and mix with dry ingredients. Mix well and bake 12 more minutes. Turn oven off, leave a jar and continue to desired dryness. Store in air tight container.
