Best Chicken Enchiladas Ever!

Ingredients
4 cooked chicken breasts3/4 c chopped onion1/4 c butter or margarine1/2-3/4 c sour cream reduced fat or fat free3 chicken bouillon cubes 7 oz canned green chiles med. or hotflour tortillasgrated cheese2 T flour
Directions
Gravy-
Brown onion in butter or margarine. Add 2 1/2 c. chicken broth from cubes or bouillon, 2 T. flour & 1/2 c. sour cream.

In a separate bowl, combine chicken, green chiles, half of the cheese and more sour cream. Add 1/2 of the gravy mixture.
spray baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
Ladle a small amount of reserved gravy into bottom of dish.
Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and arrange in dish. Cover with remaining gravy and top with cheese

Bake at 350 degrees for approx 20-30 min.
