Mexican Chicken Salad

Ingredients:2 Cups Chicken Breast, cooked and cubedOnions, raw, .25 cup, choppedGreen Peppers , 0.5 cup, chopped1 small tomato, chopped1/2 avacado, choppedBeans, black, .25 cup*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbspCider Vinegar, 2 tbspTruvia Natural Sweetener, 2 packetsSalsa, 2 tbspGround cumin, 1/2tspGarlic, 1 clove, mincedRomaine Lettuce (salad), 4 cup, shredded*Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 1 cup
Directions
mix everything but the cheese and romaine. Place 1c servings of romaine in a bowl and top with 1/4 of the chicken mixture, top with 1/4cup of cheese and serve!
