Chicken Liver Paté

Ingredients
* Chicken Livers, 8 liver * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Sage, ground, .25 tsp * Mushrooms, cooked, 1 cup pieces * Salt, .25 tsp * Pepper, black, .25 tsp * *sweet vermouth, .5 oz * Hard Boiled Egg, 2 large *Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
Directions
Sauté livers, onions, mushrooms

Place in food processor along with hard boiled eggs and celery. Pulse until mixed but not completely smooth
