2 cups cold water9 medium sized ripe red tomatoes, cored1 - 900 ml container No Name Low Sodium Beef Broth1 1/2 cups Green Giant Valley Selections Baby Blend3/4 cup Green Giant Peaches & Cream Corn1 cup Green Giant Valley Selections Cut Broccoli1 cup Europe's Best Green & Yellow Beans, broken up2 cups PC Blue Menu Vegetarian tips3 shallots, peeled & sliced thinBlack Pepper to taste
1. Pour water into large pot, remove ends of tomatoes and add to water. Bring to a boil.
2. When tomato skins start to peel back, remove from water and peel the skins off, when done put the tomatoes back into boiled water and mash'
3. Cut the vegetarian tips in half and set aside.
4. Add remaining ingrdients except the tips to pot and stir.
5. Add tips and cook on medium heat until heated thoroughly and vegtables are tender.
Serving Size: makes 5 2-cup servings
