Cauliflower and potato mashed potato

1 head of cauliflower, cut up into big pieces3 red potatoes, skin on chopped into small pieces3/4 cup plain fat free yogurt or greek yogurt2.5 tablespoons of Brummel and Brown butterseasoning salt to taste
add cauliflower and potatoes to a big pot with water and boil till tender. Drain when done cooking (fork tender). Add back to hot pan and use masher to mash to consistency you desire. The warm pan will help to get rid of any liquid coming out from mashing the cauliflower. Now add yogurt, butter and seasoning and mix well. Enjoy!
