Ingredients
4 Frozen Chicken Breasts1 Bag of baby carrots (about 10 ounces)1 Yellow Onion (about 9 ounces, diced)1 Bag of Baby/Bite-Sized Red Potatoes (28 oz bag)1 Heart of Celery (approximately 5 stalks)1 Container Chicken Broth-Optional Ingredients-SaltPepperRosemary
Directions
Begin by slow cooking your chicken in the broth for approximately 90 minutes on high. Reduce heat to low, and cook for an additional 30 minutes. Add vegetables, cover and cook on low for an additional 1.5-2 hours. Season as preferred.
