1(12 oz) package egg noodles2 c frozen green peas1(10.75 oz) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup (98% fat free for even less fat and calories)2(5oz) cans of tuna, drained1 onion, chopped1.5 c of shredded cheddar cheeseground black pepper to taste
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add noodles and frozen peas. Cook until noodles are al dente, drain well. return noodles and peas to pot.
2. Mix soup, tuna, onions, cheese, and pepper into the pot. Stir constantly until all of the ingredients are well mixed and the cheese is melted. Serve.
