Garlic Ginger Chicken Wings

2 cups flour30 chicken wings5 cloves garlic6 tsp GingerCooking Spray4 Tbsp White Vinegar4 Tbsp Apple cider Vinegar1/4 cup honey2 tsp Soy Sauce1/4 cup water 1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper6 tsp tabasco 2 tbsp corn oil1/2 cup brown sugar
Put salt and pepper on chicken, pre- heat oven 400 degrees, put hot sauce on chicken, put oil on chicken and smear it all around, put flour in trash bag and place chicken in bag, then "shake and bake", cover two cookie sheets with foil and spray them with non fat vegetable oil spray, then place floured chicken wings on sheets, then spray the wings with oil, then bake in oven for 30 minutes, flip over each chicken wing, then bake another 30 minutes, during second 30 minutes you add all other ingredients for the sauce into a pan and bring to a boil for 2 minutes, afterwards, remove any remainder garlic and ginger from sauce. Pour sauce onto finished chicken wings. Enjoy!
