Ingredients
1 cup Summer Squash 1 cup zuccini 1 cup onion(red &/or white) 1 clove garlic(Minced) 2 cans of diced tomatoes with chilis 2-3 boneless skinless chic breasts(Marinated or not) (Italian marinade best) 1 tbs.Italian Seasoning
Directions
Either bbq or grill chicken til' done. While thoes are cooking chop and sautee all veggies minus tomatoes, til' just slightly softened.Then add in tomatoes and italian seasoning,Cook til' hot and coating the veggies well. Serve over chicken breast.
