Chicken and Rice Bake (mexi style)

Ingredients
2 chicken breast1 cup light sour cream4 cups cooked brown rice3/4 cup frozen corn15 oz drained and rinsed black bean1/2 cup salsa1 cup low fat cheese (+0.5 cup for topping)4 oz green chilefresh cilantro for garnish
Directions
heat oven to 350. In large bowl mix all ingredients add salt and pepper to taste (adding chili powder adds to spice) Transfer to oven safe dish, top with extra cheese bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through. garnish with cilantro. Served with tortilla chips for added calories but taste yummy!
