Dark Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
1 1/3 c. powdered nonfat dry milk1 1/3 c. Splenda granulated5 TBSP dark cocoa (I used Hershey's Special Dark cocoa)1/4 c. sugar-free french vanilla Coffee Mate powdera pinch or 2 of salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor for about 10 seconds. Store in a moisture-proof container until ready to use. Lasts for months.
Add a generous 1/4 c. of mix to 12 oz. boiling water and stir until well incorporated.

Serving Size: makes 8 mugs of hot cocoa - use generous 1/4 c. of powder to a 12 oz. mug
