Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey1 lb ground Venison1 lb Turkey bacon1.25 cups oats- toasted.25 cup beef broth (may need more if meatloaf looks dry).25 cups plain yogurt2 oz walnuts- chopped2 oz almonds- chopped1 onion- chopped1 cup mushrooms- chopped3 cloves garlic-minced2 Eggsfresh thyme- 1/4 cupSalt and pepper to taste4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce2 tbs olive oil
Directions
1. Toast Oats- 375F for 10 mins
2. Chop onion, & garlic- saute in oil for 15 mins, then set aside in large mixing bowl to cool
3. Chop mushrooms and nuts (a food processor is handy here)
4.Mix oats, onion, garlic, mushrooms, nuts, beef broth, yogurt, eggs, thyme, salt and pepper, and Worcestershire sauce
5. Add in turkey and venison- mix it all up, you'll want to just go ahead and use your hands
6. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper, place meat mixture on sheet and form into a loaf with your hands
7. Wrap loaf with bacon :) Start with a horizontal strip on each end, then cover the top with strips in a diagonal fashion, overlapping strips to account for some shrinking

Bake for 50-60 mins at 375
