Blackened Tilapia and Mangoes

2 frozen tilapia fillets1 or 2 ripe mangoesChef Paul Prudhome's Blackening SeasoningChili powder
1. Thaw 2 4oz frozen tilapia fillets
2. Dice fresh mangoes and toss with chili powder to taste, Let sit at least 30 minutes.
3. Rinse fish and pat dry
Spray both sides of fish with Pam
4. Broil on high for about 5 minutes, or until any pink turns brown.
5. Turn fish over, sprinkle with Blackening Seasoning
6. Continue to broil another 5 minutes, or until fish is flaky, and seasoning has turned black.
Serving Size: Makes dinner for 2
