Ingredients
Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 6-7 berriesCottage Cheese, Nonfat,1/2 cup Skim Milk,1/4 cup any sweetener, 1 packet / add as neededVanilla Extract, 1/2 tsp 3-4 ice cubes
Directions
1. combine frozen strawberries and milk in blender and blend until smooth. add ice cubes and blend.
2. add all other ingredients and blend
3. optional, add a graham cracker and blend until almost smooth (adding 2 individual crackers is about 60 calories)

Serving Size: makes one decently sized smoothie
