Ingredients
1 lb. Lean Ground Turkey12 Eggs2 Cans of RotelSalt, Pepper & Garlic powder to taste.
Directions
Brown Ground Turkey and drain. Return to pan. Lightly whisk the eggs and add to ground turkey pan, cook thoroughly. Drain Rotel, add to egg turkey mixture. Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder to taste.
