Whipped Topping (heavy whipping cream)

Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream1 tsp vanilla2/3 cup confectioners sugar (more or less)1/4 cup cornstarch (optional)
Directions
Whip heavy whipping cream with whipping device until forms stiff peaks. Do not over whip. Add vanilla and confectioners sugar to taste. Add cornstarch if you would like to make it more stable (less melty), but beware it changes the taste a bit.

Serving Size: enough to top around 19 cupcakes
