Turkey Pepperoni Soup

Ingredients
1 Lb Ground Turkey4 oz Turkey Pepperoni1 Green Pepper1/4 Sliced Onion2 C Water2 C Tomato Sauce with Italian Seasoning1/2 tsp Black Pepper3 cloves garlic1/2 tsp mustard powder1 tsp paprika1 tsp crushed red pepper1 tsp salt (or to taste)1/2 tsp cayenne pepper1 tsp fennel seed (crushed)1 14.5 oz can unsalted vegetable broth1 14 oz can diced tomatos1-1/2 Tbsp Dried Italian SeasoningShredded Mozzarella for topping
Directions
Brown ground turkey in a skillet and add paprika. This colors the meat a little. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese and simmer until done. About 25 minutes. Serve in bowls and top with cheese.
