Ingredients
1/4 cup Olive Oil20 Green Olives3/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar1 cup finely chopped onion3 cups Napa CabageGarlic PowderSeasoning Salt (I like Nature's Seasoning)Italian Seasoning
Directions
This is an easy salad. First add the oil and vinegar. Then the cabbage and onion. Add the green olives last. Then add seasonings of your choice. Then put lid on container and shake. It;s ready to eat. I like it best after is has marinated in the oil vinegar. It makes approximately 10 1/2 cup servings.
