This is really good, I don't soak the beans, ansd I also add a little Extra virgin olive oil and a package of taco seasoning!! - 7/6/09

Yummy, to keep possible gas down we add a bit of baking soda; also at the end I add Lime Zest and diced green chilis. Either way this recipe is great! - 3/20/09

I used tarragon and basil instead of cilantro. Making it more of a Southern dish instead of Mexican. And used a pressure cooker instead of slow cooker. Otherwise the same. And dang good. - 3/28/17

The recipe doesn't say how much water to add to the pressure cooker with the beans?? - 2/10/12

We use the crock pot, and my husband grew his own pintos. We added brown rice, but just because we had some leftover on hand. This is such a great food, and low calorie, too! - 1/9/11

Looks to me like you coppied this recipe from Cooks.com and didn't give them credit. But the worst part is you coppied the recipe wrong. Go check the origional recipe. Should be 6.5 "cups" water and a 6 qt pressure cooker. - 4/26/10
