Ingredients
Directions
2 cups of uncooked pasta shells8oz of velveeta 2%3 tbsp minced garlic1 cup (or more) of frozen veggies, defrosted (the california mix is my favorite but you can add which ever veggies you like)4 tbsp of light sour cream1/4 cup of 2% shredded cheddar1/4 cup italian bread crumbs* you may also need some milk for melting cheese*
Cook pasta according to package. While the pasta is cooking defrost frozen veggies in the microwave (usually takes about 2 minutes). Then melt velveeta in microwave(you may want to add a tiny bit of milk to help). Drain pasta and place in a 1-1/5 quart casserole dish. Add veggies, velveeta, garlic, and sour cream. Mix well. Then top with cheddar and then bread crumbs. Bake at 375 for about 10-15 minutes or until bubbly.
