Tikki Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1.5 lbs chobani Greek Yogurt Non-Fat Plain, 1/5 cup Garlic, 2 cloves Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Lime Juice, .5 lime yields Ginger Root, 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp *Coriander leaf, dried, 1 tsp Garam masala , 1 tsp Cilantro, 1 tbsp
Directions
Cut the Chicken Breast into four or five pieces, slash the meat. Mix in a bowl all other ingredients, toss in chicken, set aside to marinade 1-24 hours (the longer the better).
Preheat oven to 450, bake chicken in a shallow pan 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
