Dessert Wontons

Ingredients
2 bananas, mashed1/2 cup cream cheesepinch nutmegpinch cinnamon2Tbsp sugarwonton wrapperswater2 Tbsp oil (use more for cooking, but this is the amount after cooking)
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Drop a teaspoon of the mixture into each of the wontons. Wet the wonton with water and fold the wrapper to make a triangle. Press the edge to seal.
Fry over medium heat in oil or butter for 30 seconds until crisp.

    So many possibilities for this! They look delicious as is, but you could even use lower fat cream cheese and a sugar substitute like stevia, if the bananas weren't sweet enough by themselves. Easy to make too! - 2/4/12
