Low-Fat Whole Wheat Blueberry Pecan Pancakes

Ingredients
2 egg whites1/3 cup all purpose flour2/3 cup whole wheat flour3/4 cup skim milk1 TBSP packed brown sugar1/4 cup applesauce3 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1 cup frozen blueberries (thawed)1/3 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Mix dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients, mix well.
Sitr in blueberries and pecans last.

drop by 1/4 cup onto hot gridle or pan. Turn once.
