Ingredients
2C Celery1C Low Sodium Chicken Broth1/4C Water1/2t Garlic Power1 Bay Leaf (fresh if availaible)1/4t Oregano1/4t Rosemary1/4t Onion Powder Pepper to tasteCombine all spices with chicken broth and water. chop celery add to soup base and simmer until tender remove bay leaf once tender. Remove pan from stove scoop out 1/2 celery/broth mixture and puree in blender return to the pot with remainder of soup. Chop choice of meat and add to the soup..Enjoy
