Pepper Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
1 small to medium head of cabbage shredded1 bell pepper finely chopped (green or red)1 small carrot shredded1 tblsp celery seed1/2 cup Splenda for baking1/2 cup cider vinegar1 tsp salt
Directions
Shred cabbage, add chopped bell pepper and shredded carrot. Sprinkle celery seed over all. Add salt. Add Splenda for Baking and the cider vinegar. Mix well. (I use my hands to really squeeze the ingredients together). Will make about 8-10 1/2 cup servings.

Chill and serve.
