Chicken, liver, pan-fried, 1 lbButter, salted, 3 tbspHeavy Whipping Cream, .25 cupSherry, dry, 2 fl. ozOnions, raw, 2 cup, choppedEgg, fresh, 4 extra large hard boiledCoconut Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Pan fry livers in mixture of coconut oil & butter
Put in food processor
fry oinons in same pan and add to processor
deglaze pan with sherry
add other ingredients to processor with salt and pepper
pulse to desired consistency
