Protein blueberry breakfast cake - low fat, no sugar!

Ingredients
cake:*Whole Wheat Flour, 2.25 cup *MuscleTech 100% Whey Protein (Sams), 6 scoopsEgg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened, 1.5 cupsBaking Powder, 4 tsp Milk, nonfat, .75 cup Blueberries, fresh, 4 cup topping:2 TB butter Brown Sugar, .33 cup, unpacked *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.25 cup Cinnamon, ground, 3 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13 pan with pan spray. In a large bowl combine dry ingredients. Add applesauce, eggs and milk - stir. You might need more milk if too dry or thick. Stir in blueberries. Pour into pan and spread so it's even.
In a med-small bowl combine brown sugar, flour and butter - cut in butter like as if making biscuits. pour this over the top of the cake. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until done in the middle. Serve warm!
