1 can black beans, rinsed and drained1 Cup frozen or canned corn1 Red Pepper, diced1 Large Carrot, diced1 Large Celery Stalk, diced1 Bunch Cilantro, chopped
Directions
Mix together and serve! What makes this recipe so yummy is the black beans, corn and cilantro, add your own favorite veggies or what you have on hand! Great rolled in tortillas.
