Bison Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb ground bison meat28 oz can crushed tomatoes1 cup chopped onions4 cloves garlic pressed or minced1 1/2 tsp. salt2 cups sliced mushrooms2 Tbsp fresh basil, or 1 Tbsp dried1 tsp dried oregano
Directions
brown ground bison in a sauce pan
Use pan juices to cook onions & garlic
Add basil, oregano, and crushed tomatoes
Simmer for 30 minutes
Add salt and pepper to taste
