Ingredients
1) 3 Piece Farmland Low Sodium Bacon (diced)2) 2 oz Jimmy Dean Regular Sausage (broken up)3) 2 Cup Diced Potatoes4) 1/4 cup Diced Onion5) 1/2 tsp Black Pepper6) 1/2 tsp Louisiana Cajun Seasoning
Directions
1) Render and Brown Bacon and sausage in a medium skillet
2) Add Potatoes and Onions and seasonings and cook until potatoes start to crisp.
3) Dump onto a couple of paper towels and let absorb as much grease as possible
