1 Jar Classico Florentine Spinach and Cheese Pasta Sauce2 skinless boneless chicken breasts (shredded or cubed)2 cups chopped green peppers1.5 cups chopped onions (sweeter the better)1 cup shredded cheese (i like cheddar)2 cups cooked white rice
Boil your chicken breast until done on the stove then shred or cube. Cook your rice on the stove. No salt necessary. Chop your green peppers and onions and shred your cheese while waiting for the rice and chicken to be done. Now you mix together all of the ingredients BUT the cheese in an oven safe casserole dish (with a lid). Sprinkle the cheese on top and put your dish (with lid on) in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25-40 minutes.
