baked bbq chicken w/carrots

6 chicken thighs bone and skin removed1 1/4 tsp lemon pepper3/4 cup of regular bbq sauce1/4 cup of water2 cups of raw carrots
cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch cubes. season with lemon pepper.
in a bowl add bbq sauce and water mix well until all is incorporated.
cut carrots into small pieces or as desired.
mix all ingredients together.
after mixing all ingredients place into a 9 1/2'' bake pan, cover with aluminum and cook for 45 min at 400 degrees.
once done serve with rice or salad.
