Easy Slow Cooker Beef and Mushrooms

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove)Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry, 1 package (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 8 oz (remove)*Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (remove)
Directions
You can either brown the ground beef first or not, either way it will turn out. Top with the 8 oz.of fresh (or canned) mushrooms. Mix the soup, water and dry soup mix together and pour over the beef and mushrooms. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
