Creamy, Healthy Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1 cup nonfat cottage cheese1 cup nonfat plain yogurt1/4 cup nonfat milk1 T. dried dill weed1 T. onion powder1 T. garlic powder1/2 t. parika1 t. black pepper1 t. dried parsley2 t. salt1 t. granulated sugar1 T. cider vinegar
Directions
Makes approximately 2 cups salad dressing. Serving size approximately 2 T. per 1 cup mixed salad greens.

Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend for about 1 minute. Serve. Store covered in refrigerator.

You can substitute 1 envelope of dry ranch dressing for all the dry ingredients for a change!
