Flour, whole grain, 2 cup Granulated Sugar, .5 cup Molasses, 2 tbsp Canola Oil, .25 cup Apple Sauce Sweetened with Apple Juice Sun Rype, 0.25 cup Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Baking Powder, .75 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp Salt, .25 tsp
Mash bannanas then add sugar, molasses, oil and apple sauce. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix by hand until just mixed, then cook for 18-25 minutes (recipe said 18 but mine took about 25 till firm on top and knife came out clean.)
