Ingredients
8oz Elbow maccaroni8oz Light Velveeta cheese1 cup 2% shredded cheese2 tablespoons smart balance butter2 cups heart healthy smart balance milk1/4 cup flourgarlic powder
Directions
boil macaroni. warm milk, flour, garlic powder, and butter in a sautee pan. Whisk continuously until a thick sauce forms. Add cheese to the sauce until melted and smooth. Pour sauce over noodles and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
