1 chicken breast half, cut through to make 2 thin chicken cutlets1/4 cup spicy mustard1 tbsp honey1/2 cup chopped pecanssea salt
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. combine mustard and honey in medium sized bowl.
3. toss pecans in food processor until finely chopped and then pour the pecans on a plate or pie pan
4. grease a baking sheet
5. one at a time, coat the chicken with honey mustard mixture and then in the pecans until evenly coated.
6. sprinkle each breat with salt to taste
7. bake for about 30-40 minutes (depending on thickness of chicken)
