Tomatoes, fresh canned, no added salt

Ingredients
Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 20 medium whole (2-3/5" diameter)
Directions
Remove core and any bruises from tomatoes and put on foil lined baking sheet and put in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove skins and put in food processor. Puree until smooth.
Add tomatoes to pan to heat. Have clean sterile jars ready. When tomatoes are bubbling, pour into jars. Seal.

Serving Size: Makes 4 pints or 8 cups (2 cups per serving)
