Texas Sheet Cake + Frosting

3/4 c water1 stick butter1/4 c cocoa powder1/3 c veg oil1/2 c buttermilk2 eggs2 t vanilla2 c flour1 1/2 c sugar1 t baking soda1/2 t salt
preheat oven to 400
grease and flour jelly roll pan
combine water, butter, cocoa, oil in pan and heat to boil.
Combine dry ingredients. Add cocoa mixture and beat to combine. Add buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Prepare frosting - Heat 1 stick butter, 1/4 c cocoa, 1/3 c buttermilk to boil. Add 1 lb powdered sugar, beat till smooth and creamy. Spread over warm (but not right out of oven!) cake.
