Tater tot casserole

Ingredients
1-1/2 lb lean ground beef1can 98%fat free cream of mushroom soup1 lrg onion-chopped2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese1 bag frozen tater totssalt and pepper to taste
Directions
cook beef and onions together. stir in soup when beef is cooked through. Pour into 9x13 dish. Cover with cheese and then place tater tots arranging as to cover entire dish. Bake at 350 for about 45mins until bubbly and tater tots cooked to your liking (we like ours crispy!) Kids will LOVE this!!
