Light Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
3 c. cubed French breadVegetable cooking spray3/4 c. diced lean cooked ham2 tbsp. diced green pepper4 oz. shredded, low fat Cheddar cheese1 1/3 c. milk3/4 c. egg substitute1/4 tsp. dry mustard1/4 tsp. dried chopped onionDash pepper and paprika
Directions
Place bread in an 8 inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Layer ham, red pepper, and cheese over bread; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over cheese. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or over night. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
