International Love - muffins

Ingredients
3 Yellow SquashDymatize Protein Powder (cake batter favor) 4 serving1/3 cup Liquid Egg Whites1/2 tsp. Stevia Extract1/2 cup Coconut Flour1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 cup Walnuts chopped Carob chips (unsweetened) 2 tbsp = 60 chips
Directions
Cut up squash into chunks and put in blender with egg whites, coconut flour, stevia, baking powder and protein.

Blend until smooth.

Using muffin tins, line tins with muffin papers and give each a spray of oil.

Pour batter into muffin papers, right to top.

Sprinkle on walnuts and carob chips

Bake in oven at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
