Ingredients
Egg Whites (Eggbeaters or All Whites brands) 9 TBSPLa Tortilla Factory Low Carb Tortilla 10"Pace or Taco Bell Salsa VERDE (green) 2TBSPHormel Real Bacon Bits 1 TBSPKraft or Sargento 2% or reduced fat shredded cheddar 1/4 cup
Directions
spray saute pan with Pam, add egg whites or egg beaters, bacon bits and gently scramble. Heat tortilla in microwave for 10 secs to soften. Place tortilla on a plate, top with eggs, cheese and salsa verde. Roll into burrito shape, seam down. let sit for a few secs, then slice into 2 pieces.
