Ingredients
Top round roast - about 5 lbssoy sauce - 1/4 cupsherry - 1/4 cupginger - 1/4 cup choppedsweet onion - 1 medium mushroom broth (made from soaking dried porcini) - 2 cupsgarlic - 10 clovesolive oil - 2 tbspsalt and pepper
Directions
Put all ingredients in crockpot, let sit overnight in fridge, cook on low for 10 hours

Serving Size:  12, 5-6 oz slices or 24 thin slices
