Ingredients
8 Slices uncooked bacon, chopped3 cups chopped green cabbage1 can diced tomatoes3 cups chicken broth1 red bell pepper, chopped1/2 red onion, choppedSalt & Pepper to tastepinch of parsley
Directions
Brown bacon in a stock pot, drain excess fat. Add chicken broth (use less or more depending on preference), and all remaining ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
