Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour (fresh ground)3 tsp baking powder3/4 tsp salt3 Tbsp sugar1 egg1 1/4 cup skim milk3 Tbsp Apple Sauce
Directions
Mix everything, cook on waffle iron serve with yogurt and berries.
