Eve's Chicken enchiladas with green chile sauce

16- low carb whole wheat burrito size tortillas2- cans green chile enchilada sauce16oz. -shredded mexican or taco style cheese3 lbs.-cooked and shredded boneless skinless chicken breast
Preheat oven to 350
In a large bowl combine chicken, 1/2 of the cheese and 1 can of the green chile sauce.roll filling up in the tortillas and place in large pan.After all the tortillas are filled and rolled cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle cheese on top.Cover with foil and bake 25 min. remove foil and bake an additional 5 min.Serve with shredded lettuce,olives sour cream,tomatoes.
