Brown Rice Meatloaf

Ingredients::::Main part:::Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 20 ozStewed Tomatoes, 1 cupHeinz Organic Ketchup, 3 tbspTrader Joe's Organic Greek Style Nonfat Yogurt, Plain, 0% milkfat, 1 servingbrown rice (1 cup cooked), 1 servingEgg, fresh, 1 jumboLea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tspKosher Salt, 1 tspPepper, black, 1.25 tsp:::Topping:::Heinz Organic Ketchup, 1 tbspCider Vinegar, 1 tbspBrown Sugar, 6 tsp packed
Preheat at 350 degrees.
1. In a small bowl, combine 1 T of the ketchup, cider vinegar and brown sugar.
2. In a large bowl, combine and mix remaining ingredients.
3. Transfer contents of the large bowl to a baking tin (spraying with Pam is optional). Note: tins have worked better for crispier edges than glass like Pyrex.
4. Cover the top of the 'loaf' with the contents step 1.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-60 minutes. I usually wait until the top and sides are extra brown and crispy. :)
Serving Size: Section by 4 but not sure what the size actually makes
